In order to become a vendor/service provider, it is necessary to exhibit a passion for customer service, a high level of quality and service. The Lifestyle Management Group takes the following steps to ensure that we only work with vendor/service providers who can adhere to our strict standards, and we know that you’ll agree that these guidelines demonstrate that client satisfaction comes first!

Each vendor must meet our stringent quality criteria before they are included in our resource database. These criteria include:

• Proof of insurance and bonding (if necessary)
• Holding proper licenses for your type of business
• Customer service guarantees with a clear process for resolving customer complaints
• An impeccable Better Business Bureau track record
• Accept FULL responsibility for ALL goods and services provided to our customers.

Customers will be asked for feedback on the level of service delivered by our partner vendors as part of our quality assurance process.
